To help us make sure that we provide the best possible service for our patients, Englands House Dental Practice operates a practice based feedback procedure.

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints to make about any aspect of our service, please speak to the receptionist or ask to speak to Miss Abi Smith, our Practice Manager.

We will note your comment, investigate it and respond to you within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the result of our procedure then a complaint may be referred to:

  1. The Dental Complaints Service, The Lansdowne Building, 2 Lansdowne Road, Croydon, Greater London CR9 2ER, 08456 120 540 or www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk; or
  2. The General Dental Council, 37 Wimpole Street, London, W1M 8DQ the dentists’ registration body.
